Effectiveness of mindfulness therapy in reducing rumination, perceived stress and feelings of loneliness in women with Multiple Sclerosis (MS)

Introduction: Multiple sclerosis is a disorder of the nervous system that causes many physical and mental changes in person. Aim: The present study investigated effectiveness mindfulness therapy improving rumination, perceived stress, loneliness women with multiple sclerosis. Method: This was clinical trial pre-tests, post-tests, follow-ups control group. All aged 20 to 40 who referred MS Association Sanandaj spring summer 2019 were included study. We randomly divided into two experimental groups based on available sampling. Based sampling, we groups. Research tools Nolen Hoeksma Maro (1991) Rumination Response Scales, Cohen's (1983) Perceived Stress Questionnaire, Russell et al.'s (1978) California Loneliness Questionnaire. data analyzed using analysis covariance help SPSS version 24 software.
